Interviewing

Our Targeted Interviewing Techniques PowerPoint presentation is attached below.

In a job interview, you have a chance to market your services like no other time during the job search process. Experience tells us that you MUST be prepared for the interview so that you'll be comfortable, articulate, confident and of course, poised. If you are not prepared, your stress will be easy to see by interviewers.  Practicing typical interview questions is fine, but positioning yourself with solid information about your strengths and how they match the requirements of the job is more important.  The goal is be comfortable with your answers, not to "say what you think the employer wants you say", which is a common mistake by job seekers.
